Commis Chef is responsible for cooking variety of foods for consumers and arranging and managing food resources in the kitchen. The job involves cooking foods of different types and typically of regional flavours, menu planning, food preparation, kitchen management, quality control, inventory management, and ensuring health and safety regulations. This job requires culinary skills, management skills, and creativity to create a diverse menu of high-quality dishes. Typical Job Roles (Positions) - Commis Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, Catering Chef.
