In compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013
SDI-Bhubaneswar is committed to providing a safe, secure, and supportive environment for all women employees, students, and stakeholders. To ensure adherence with the guidelines stipulated by the Ministry of Women and Child Development (Government of India), the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) has been constituted at SDI-B as per the norms of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013.
Purpose of ICC:
- Prevent and address cases of sexual harassment at the workplace.
- Provide a mechanism for redressal of complaints.
- Safeguard the rights, dignity, and well-being of women in the institution.
